I need to get rhinoplasty for the nose.

Not yet, have just always had a bad, mature hairline. I have a mature M-shaped NW2 hairline in my toddler photos. Genome analysis says I have low chance for recession despite bad beginning hairline and my maternal grandfather never receded at all comparing college photos and photos of him when he was old, father had minimal recession and still has almost all his hair color at 60.

Yes I think you need bone shaving for ur right side, cuz well I think its asymmetrical. Im not sure how u r gonna get the chin height I edited. I dont think a vertical genio would look good from the side and i dont think straight forward would look good either. So yeah i think you need your lower jaw moved forward, (bimax if needed).

It took me long enough but I finally realized that I really do have maxillary recession along with jaw recession. From the profile my jaw looks crushed. I need bimax.
