Where to get lip reduction surgery in Germany (Berlin)?

I want to get lip reduction surgery but can't find any place that does it where I live. I live in Berlin, Germany and the only thing I can find is lip augmentation (lip enlargement with fillers). Does anyone know WHERE TO GET LIP REDUCTION IN BERLIN OR NEARBY?
