Which is the best gaming laptop/pc I can buy for 1084€?

I may give back the one I got recently,because its not that good. It costed 1084€
The laptop has an i5 9300H, GTX 1660 ti and 8 GB ram,yet games dont load properly and crash.
Any suggestions? Is there any other better PC or Laptop that I could get for the same price?
