Which sunscreen do you use?

Beta carotenemaxx, it’s proven to work

Exercise + eat foods high in lycopene , but it’s only absorbed really if you eat with fat
And then the lightening, how else would i not get meeks coloring, it's destiny

What do u recommend for achieving pink/red lips bro?

Try nadinola cream on ur lips. It’s hydroquinone 3%.

Or you could use lasers but idk about them much

I planned on using hydro for awhile and then lasers

Lasers are good tbh. Modern dentistry is probably the only mainstream thing that isn’t Gigacucked. Upon research even the fluoride in toothpaste is supposed to help remineralize teeth. Being a conspiracy cel I avoided toothpaste for the past 5 years but my teeth have become much better with fluoride toothpaste.

So yeah anything pushed by modern dentistry is actually pretty good for your teeth health.

I use Neutrogena Sport Face Oil-Free Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 70+. It doesn't leave your skin white and it isn't too heavy and protects pretty well.

The sun is a literal healer for nearly everything

A godsend for hormones hair, etc etc ilnesses i could go on

Only reason i could only ever consider suncreen is for my lightening journey and only reason im using it.
I’d be bathing in the sun but I’m scared of the aging effects especially since I’m on tretinoin and it’s supposedly more photosensitive

Shiseido Senka Aging Care Uv Sunscreen Spf50 - most of the spf50 sunscreens I used made my face oily throughout the day but this one leaves no trace

Even for blacks ?
Yea, it doesn't cause a light cast.

I would like to use a natural sunscreen that doesnt have all those toxic chemicals and endocrinal disruptors.

If not id rather just sun maxx and get the health benefits thank be absorbing gods knows what into my skin

So any sunscreens like that out in the market?
Physical (aka mineral) sunscreens. I used this one for awhile. SP50 and is tinted so it doesn't leave much of a cast.

how do you prevent to look like a pale dork when you use sun-screen daily?

i just try to stay out of the sun

Is this a good one? I apply it only when I go out to run as of now but I'm on applying it daily

30 SPF sunscreen bought for 5 euros in a hard discount market

Y’all are sleeping on TINTED sunscreen. Mineral sunscreen offers superior sun protection but at the cost of making you pale. Tinted sunscreen just adds dye to it which is also nice because it acts as a subtle foundation and it’s invisible. I don’t like CeraVe’s because it’s only SPF 30 and it dries shiny. I use Australian Gold every day.
