Posting here allows me to stay disciplined in my diet, I also have knowledge about getting in shape I can share with others to help them. I know that looks matter but I would like to address some of the toxicity this site holds and don't want to dwell too much on human nature and the insecurities of it but rather just read some reasoning's and offer a perspective.
I have been in a number of relationships both good and bad as well as having sex with different women. A lot of the stuff that comes up with sites like this and others can be toxic to people and it can be hard to differentiate between the troll responses and real responses at times especially if you are a younger person.
My first relationship I was a PSL 3.5 - 4 and she was a genuine Stacy. I have generally hovered between a 4 - 5 PSL depending on how much I look after myself and do have the potential for 5.5 - 6. Most of my interactions with women have been positive. I have hooked up with women at nightclubs, from different interactions and from cold approaching. I do not deny that looking better does illicit better reactions from others. These types of sites have some good information on taking care of yourself and being able to present better so I have learnt a few things that I apply.
The worrying part is I read posts from people who either do not leave their basements or are suffering from mental illness. I have known and do know many guys who have equally matched partners or better looking, they even get laid and they are far from what you would call a Chad. Women are human as well and feel the same way men do in different ways we are all individuals first. Im reading posts of people taking all types of drugs in their teenage years without thinking about the risks involved, people doing absolutely stupid self harming shit and perpetuating nonsense. People prioritizing and perpetrating extreme measure that feed insecurities and and hate based behavior.

yes looks matter and invest in yourself if you can.
Don't overthink stupid shit and feed your own insecurities. If you do be mindful that you could be harming someone else.
If you value putting your dick in a vagina work on it or pay an escort, don't want an escort because you want validation? the problem isn't women it's you.
