because they're not actually brittish or german, rather they're the descendants of people who were already immigrants living in those countries, i.e the UK already had a huge population of french people, and germany had a huge population of people from the balkans.

the natives who build generational wealth didn't leave europe to settle america, the broke ass immigrants from the lower class did.
