Why do men have really thick skin compared to women

Like have u ever felt a woman’s ear for example?

If u feel ur ears cartilage and then theirs you’ll notice how much more wobbly it is on them while on men it’s hard in place

Or even the stomach for example or face their cheeks are just so soft and delicate

It’s very substantial tbh
