Mechanistically the LDL particle + high inflammation is what causes arteriole plaque & in most of his day of eatings, he's a bit over 160 grams of saturated fat which is pretty high. Ancestrally Europeans might butcher a pheasant or smaller lean animal & have that in a stew while using cows mainly for dairy. Somewhere like 50-100 grams of saturated fat seems a lot more ideal. I don't see why he doesn't tweak his diet a bit again he's done it before.

There is more than one type of LDL, did you not know this?

Eh? LDL doesn’t cause plaque . It is found in arterial vestiges cause it is anti inflammatory.

santacruzmedicinals will add vegetables that have absolutely no benefits whatsoever and even cause harm like cooked carrots just to say look guys im eating my veggies they are rich in vitamin a

he also said that shizzy was natural despite all the signs showing that he isn't he just wants the approval of tiktok dumbasses to sell his products

In a highly inflammatory state mechanistically it binds to the endothelial wall. & even if you try & live a perfect primal low inflammatory lifestyle with pollution in the air, infections/viruses, air travel, etc in the modern world there is a large amount you cannot avoid.

Right but it binds there not as a prima causa but to fight inflammation in the arteries as the LDL is a good precursor to various steroid hormones.

Wouldn't a high ldl be the sign that his body isn't converting his ldl into steroid hormones efficiently? He's getting alot of sunlight but the hours of surfing and working out he's doing everyday at his age are probably wrecking his thyroid

ye you need thyroid hormone for LDL to become pregnonelone and its metabolites.

Eating fat isn’t gonna cause those small LDL unless you are eating PUFAs.
explain the mechanism here. Replacing some saturated fat with pufas like olive oil has been shown to reduce total LDL.

I’m referring to the small particles, high LDL isn’t bad if it’s the large particles.

Yes but how does pufas raise small lowdensity lipoproteins mechanistically? In human subject research outcomes they've been shown to do the opposite.

They cause inflammation I’m pretty sure.
