if you are leanmaxxing especially using more effective but brutal methods expect your T levels and libido get nuked.

I remember going below 10 percent bf by spamming nicotine and caffeine on top of only tracking daily protein intake to maintain muscle and not eating anything further and I was ripped, bulging hand and forearm veins, sharp jaw etc but had 0 libido and could not even get my dick up despite noporn and nofap

very paradoxical since women will start hitting you up but you will not have any sexual interest in them

I’m not leanmaxxing I’m already lean like 13% bf. And the problem is solved for some reason, my libido got way better for some reason

I’m like 16-17% bf, but I’ve been on an aggressive cut (high protein med fat low carb) for like 7-8 weeks now and I’m starting to experience this. Fuck what do I even do, do I just keep cutting and try to spam more eggs for muh cholesterol and T. I need to get to 12% and I don’t wanna stop.

keep cutting until a preferable bf level then focus on maintaining with better nutrition density

while your libido will most likely be at its peak during a bulk/surplus even with maintenance alone it will be strong enough to work with it
