Why is my hair getting more straight?

Title. My hair was wavy/mildly curly but I'm noticing it's becoming more straight. Is there anything I can do to make it more curly like I hear not using shampoo is supposed to do that. I hardly shower anyways tho so I don't think that's the case for me. All I can think of that I've done differently is getting a haircut like 3 weeks ago and massaging my scalp with a scalp massager. I also think my hair is mildly thinning if that has to with anything.

Yeah my hair also changed from mildly curly to kinda straight/bit wavy, happened at simliar age as you, heard It's a normal thing for some people
