Nobody congratulates lucky. Lucky dosent know how to cover his scent stalk or land the perfect killing blow yet he is on par with hernan because his prey hunts him. Luckys prey knows how to cover its scent luckys prey knows how to stalk and deal the perfect final blow.

probably for most of humanity, since civilization has been around only around 10.000 (bit more, bit less depending on which event you want to pin as the dawn of civilization if its agriculture, writing etc) but homo sapiens has been around 300000 years or so - not even considering the other hominidae and other great apes

on that topic, several studies point out that in highschool environments the people that practice bullying are statistically more popular and sexually desirable than their peers - specially people that are the target of bullying (water) -> guys dissing prettyboys can be interpreted as an attempt to 'bully' prettyboys in order to gain traction in the sexual market and to divert someone seen as a strong competition but not physically well-equipped for direct physical confrontation
