this is him at 52.... flawless skin you guys can say what you want but the volume in his face is actually unhuman for 52 and his under eye support is next level,its not soo much his age and how he looks this good at 52 interesting its more the fact he was ageing normally right up until he was 30 then started ageing at like 40 percent the speed of a regular person

most people descend more from 28-40 then leto did from 27-52

its interesting to also note he choses to be vegan and has a pyhsique that looks like he barely works out,this isnt all genes bc less then 1 in 10 million age this good... so it cannot be genes alone what things day to day do you guys think hes doing to maintain all this? also im convinced he barely/doesnt works out he has a physique of som1 who is just lean and lifts no weights/barely does cardio

but if you have kids at like 30 wouldnt you want to try and look/feel young as possible until like 55 so you can atleast raise/spend time with them>?

Yea looking a bit rugged from 40-55 is ideal. Then off yourself once they’re 18 yo adults

if you have good genes and life a good life it would be good to hold out until 60when you look like brad pitt here and then rope bc he still looks somwhat healthy even today maybe this is possible for some but obv most will look terrible by 40,but he will look very bad in 5 years
