2-3 soft boiled eggs (runny yolk) + whole milk + fresh orange juice for breakfast then boiled chicken thighs and broccoli with white rice for the calories

?
 
That's like 700 calories. And you're just going to eat that every single day?

Not sure why anyone would pick milk over cheese.

Id get raw grass fed of either but cheese just tastes way better than milk.
