Thyroid is a bit low
Cortisol is probably high but propranolol lowers it

Propanalol only lowers noradrenaline, estrogen blood serum is a useless metric as estrogen can be produced and stored inside the cell by every cell in the body unlike thyroid which can only be deiodinated by the liver and produced by the thyroid gland
