For lunch, I decided to eat less. I ate some pasta and ate carrots. I was still depressed after lunch, though. Not tired, though, which is mostly after lunch, probably due to the food I eat.

Im trying really hard. Everyday Im measuring small progress, sometimes Its bigger. I have been doing this for 2 years now. Its not easy but hopefully the effort will pay off
