I kinda agree with you OP, but of course we need to include IQ and EQ into genetics - its way more nuanced than bad genes = don't reproduce.

Generally speaking, better looking people also end up being smarter (IQ) and more sociable (EQ) - and are thus able to better contribute to society. Unless you're a genius chad or subhuman retard, people can improve in both aspects.

Who the fuck cares about future generations, you'd be dead and there's probably going to be some sort of genomic sequencing anyway.
