majority of elongated midfaces are the visual effects of face being too narrow and flat. implants will solve this issue.

narrow face is unfixable you cant make your whole face wider

but mouthbreathing would fuck up your facial thirds for sure independent of narrowness

can be fixed at 17 without surgery?

Then u need a full fucking skull implant for temples, skull, jaw, zygo. Over id u think you can literally make your whole skull wider.

your entire skull is not affected by mouthbreathing.
the shape of your maxilla and mandible are affected by mouthbreathing. the nose, eyes are affected. all these can be surgically fixed. dont play dumb.

If you are horsefaced with a downgrown jaw + maxilla. If you think you can shorten all of this + make ur face wider. You are beyond delusional.
Show me any good surgery results that had horsefaces before.

just have 200k in your pocket

it's not about the size of stuff, like small maxilla or small mandible

it's that the alignment of the 20 something bones in the skull is shit when development is bad

you can cut stuff and make them longer shorter (at the LF1 area since we dont have syndromes) but u can't change the things that matter

jaw surgery was meant to fix the bite
not reverse improper development since that's impossible
Only like 5 of them matter aesthetically anyway And they the ones that can be changed …

For the small cost of $30,000

Thats not true, in fact the opposite is true.

Its called counterclockwise rotation bimax
what if ur downgrown but have no gummy smile? no ccw for you?

by the way, all my threads like this irreverently inflating the potential of surgery are tongue-in-cheek quasi-un-ironic (or not) copes for the likely underwhelming results I will face after my own upcoming surgeries. allow me this coping mechanism.
