I dont see how it would do the reverse imo. Most people say it increases growth because it increases growth hormone, but these are in short bursts and won't actually do anything for height. Not only that, muscle recovery requires igf-1 and gh, so the opposite can be said.

gh isnt a "resource", it just makes it easier to get above the threshold to build muscle

its not the recovery part, its the stiffness and tightness from your muscles while your bones are growing. have tight muscles put constant pressure on ur growth plates which hinders it

The amount of muscle strength required to stop your BONES from growing is huge, i doubt you or anyone can reach that strength
Also when your muscles are relaxed they arent pulling on the tendons much, even if they happen to be tight

Live a normal well adjusted life, instill good sleep and time management habits, eat hella animal protein and play sports but ig I did that.

Maybe going harder into a niche sport earlier on (ex. Rowing) to get into a HYPSM

i mean it logically doesn’t make sense. unless ur doing like deadlifts or squats or something of that nature then exercise won’t stunt your growth lmao. ur bones adapt to ur muscles and if your muscles grow then so will ur bones
