Tbh a slay isn't much better than jacking off to porn. I wanted her love, but it didn't work out. My weakness is I'm vulnerable to the mental illness called one-i-tis. I'm not even letting myself look at the pic of us because it will just cause the obsessive compulsive thoughts to start.

Flashbacks to our time together, thinking about how cute she was, wondering what I could have done differently etc. I think it was clear the only reason she came home with me was because of alcohol. The next morning she seemed kind of cold, which is a very bad feeling.
yea well its all neurochemicals bucko. Thinking about it only makes you go around in loops and leads to unnecessary despair. Atleast you werent lookksmaxed completely and still slayed, thats the biggset accomplishment imo and cause for cheerfulness! RN it may seem like shit and not worth much but think of how much better a place ur in than most normies who cant even get a slay , and you did it on a night u werent feeling it all, not completely looksmaxed nor gymmaxed.
Thx yeah I'm wondering if I just got really really lucky. When I'm ready I will try again, but that's why I need to get this one-i-tis under control because if it's affecting me mentally I will feel zero desire to go out and cold approach any other woman again. When I was younger I had one-i-tis for an ex for 4 years, and it nearly ruined me.
I used to have this syndrome when I had really bad insomnia for a week and felt depressed, i fixed it with sleeping 12 hours a day and getting sunlight . I also took mucuna pruriens, p5p (vitamin b6) and drinking fuckloads of coffee with sugar. I then actually pondered the nature of woman, and realised its all cope and ive been free ever since (not exactly cos symptoms come back but its always dodgeable when i go back and realise how shallow and retarded women really are - just like us in a way but weve been zogged to think theyre some angels when really not). Or maybe ur oneitis is different and u have accept their inferiority and want an LTR where you do things together, maybe start a family etc. but ur still young and imo u should leave that after u hit 35 and clubs prolly not the best place for that, those women just want a quick fuck.
That's very impressive you managed to cure yourself of one-i-tis. I swear this mental illness can ruin your life if you let it get out of control, especially the thoughts like "I'll never meet another girl like her ever again, that was it".
Yea cos its missed opportunities and as a male in this day and age w no support system, rampant hypergamy etc any girl who shows u affection and then dissapears from ur life u tend to rationalise as irreplaceable and it has some truth cos women nowadays get insane attention from every angle and treated as goddesses esp if nice body and past ltb lookz, but the truth is they are inherently unstable / always dissatisfied for some reason or another and getting too attached to them is irrational, but men imo have always been "irrational" and thats why weve done great things and dare to take risks like saling from fucking Europe to America or India , 1000s of shipwrecks and lost sailors still didnt stop these men. Still, regret is cope and only pulls you down, you always have to be thinking how to improve, what to do next , even if i got prime Monica belluci imo id still not be satisified cos if i was my life would go to shit very soon. Its easy to type this ofc and ofc irl im not like that but i think this is the ideal way to live. Oneitis syndrome imo is a chemical problem and modulating hormones like prolactin, serotonin , testosterone, estrogen this way and that can radically shift mating choices and how u experience "love" . This is why there are people like mike thurston and casablanca and on other side people like jrr tolkien or people who talk about "soul mates" . Imo this day and age theres very little chance of getting a girl who will stay commited to you and treat you as her one and only one unless you live in sicily or have patriarchal systems like arrange marriage in place.
