I would choose SAAS as my end goal it can be sold for up to 8x its actual revenue.

The graph is pretty much correct apart from the service(job)/Skilled service (job) as it's not extremely specific it can be scalable if you're running the service yourself and want employees then you can acquire them and make some "passive income"

I think skilled service is wrongly underrated, think of any high level consultant they can scale huge and earn loads

kinda biased 'research' seems frauded...

yea u can earn a good amount its not scalable. i dont think u understand what that word means

study econ to ascend chadness

let me give an example, one of my friends is a market making consultant at a few quant trading firms

earns stupidly high amounts
profit margins are insane if you consider time/earnings
scalability is perhaps limited, i do see ur point
not passive
can absolutely work from anywhere and basically whenever he chooses

hmm maybe for high end skilled jobs it would be high earning, high profit margin, no scalability, not passive, can work from anywhere

how would u rank it
the chart is pretty good top easiest bottom hardest, but maybe in some cases you could argue digital product easier than physical. Skilled jobs can also be more or less difficult depending on what it is (doctor / surgeon is obviously hard as fuck). Saas is just extremely difficult (+if u try to sell GHL ur an idiot) so I would never recommend anyone, especially on this forum, to attempt it.

passive income is a meme (other than snp returns which is capital + water)
