This center would have free food, and most amenities because in such a setting, 'obesity' wouldn't really be able to exist.

The point is also to essentially remove children's interests in digital devices from an early age, imagine if everyone was an intelligent + attractive + competitive athlete in a beautiful setting, right? Plus, with the school at the center the children can admire them from early in their lives. Maybe after they grow to a somewhat reasonable age they can be introduced to (and begin to explore) interactive technology, from a less attached perspective.

Even before I revealed this all, this wealth of information made me feel richer than Elon Musk.

Because how do you 1-up me here? I had the keys to be as good looking as possible, he just had a lot of money. But knowing that the ideal human environment for physical/intellectual/emotional/existential/spiritual development probably costs a fraction of what the current industrial society costs to run is a harrowing reality I accepted some ~5 years ago.

It's interesting, but I'm not so sure we can just "move on" from physical superficiality. Obviously we're coded to seek the best looking person for reproductive purposes, so being born attractive (psl 5.5 or <) will always beat a normie who uses these techniques. There will always be subhumans with unfixable ratios and people with deformities.

Deformities etc are health/genetics related, and will be assessed individually.
Ratios are fixable relative to children as long as they 'grow right'.

Because the underlying muscle is being exercised here, the muscular activity under the skin is what effectively 'fights' the wrinkles. Do you see how skin stretches over strong biceps but don't wrinkle as long as the biceps stay 'active'? It's the same concept.

In the original post on page 1, I said once per two weeks, then said I got the most results once every 4 days, both are true, but I stopped doing once every 4 days a long time ago after assessing that it may be too excessive after realizing how easy facial muscles are to 'properly' hypertrophy. Maybe the ideal is once every 4 days for the first month or two, then every two weeks going on then.

Right now all of the information in this thread is early science that no one has a full scope of yet, i'm just trying to hypothesize what works the best. Realistically, both should work effectively, my only qualm with once every 4 days, again, is over-hypertrophy, you don't need excessive hypertrophy of facial muscles for bones to grow.

All my theories are based on my own anecdotal results from my own hypothesis', my hairline much lower, body/facial hair follicles much more significant, facial bones much more prominent, etc etc etc
But if you want the complete regimen, here was my attempt at a side-thesis on how you would go about doing this, relative to this theory, penis growth is probably completely exponential. This is going to sound completely off topic, and it is. But I have a theory on bad vision and how to improve it, i'm trialing this theory right now and will report my results next year, as i've only began this 'natural' experiment. I think direct sunlight on closed eyes looking directly at the sun may have therapeutic effects, but i'm playing around with other possibilities, the learning never ends it seems.
