Are there any aesthetic focused maxillofacial surgeons here in the UK? There must be some good ones, especially in Harley Street. I want to avoid travelling to Italy if it’s possible that there are some good ones here.

Maxilla is okay, I have an overbite so I need BSSO and my palate is small so I need Sarpe& MSDO or MSE.

It's definitely not worth going to Italy if you are from UK, just go to Harley street.
