I’ve been overweight for four years and been trying to lose for three
I always say it’s hard I do t know how to cook I can’t budget my money to buy food Brain chemistry is fucked up
But I haven’t been fat my whole life
I went from skinny to fat then skinny again then fat again (now)
So I know I can lose weight
