A Guide to Beardmax/Stubblemaxxing
Introduction
In this guide, I will be showing you how to grow a beard (or at least some facial hair) no matter your race or age. Many of these tips and techniques will also have some crossover into other maxxes such as testosterone maxxing, skinnmaxing/collagenmaxing, and even nootropics. Please note that some of these tips may damage your hairline and make you bald, however there are many things you can do to counter this (and most of these techniques you can just use on your hairline too). I plan on doing all of these methods soon, as I myself am a youngcel and mixed-race (half Asian). None of these will give you a beard in a day, so it'll require time and patience. I hope you'll enjoy this guide, it's my first post on this forum.
Most of the credit goes to BeardResource (a great blog for growing and maintaining a beard).

GOOD RESOURCES/EXTRA INFORMATION
But why grow a beard, vHenri?
- It can be used to hide a weak jawline and fraud it into a better one
- If you're a youngcel it can make you look older, which can be a HUGE looksmax (especially if you're 13-16, when almost nobody else has one)
- It can be used to hide nasolabial folds and other wrinkles
- It's a sexually dimorphic trait for males, which means you will look more masculine
- Can block UV rays/sunlight which can harm your skin, keeping your skin healthy and clear[1]
- Shaving can give you acne
- It can help you feel more confident and attractive, helping your high-inhibitions
- You can mog others who can't grow beards
- Both men and women will perceive you as more masculine, more attractive, healthier, and a better parent[2]
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: MULTIPLE STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT FACIAL HAIR IS MORE ATTRACTIVE ON AVERAGE
One of the only reasons you shouldn't grow a beard is if you have a great jawline or midface, but even then you can still see it through stubble. If you're trying to prettyboymax maybe growing a beard isn't right for you either.
Alright, now what do I have to do/not do to grow a beard/facial hair?
This section will be split into Do's and Don'ts. Of course, there are other methods too, but these are the ones that we will be focusing on today.
What to do or use:
- Minoxidil
- Peppermint oil
(SA= Saline Control, JO= Jojoba Oil, MXD= Minoxidil, and PEO= Peppermint Oil)
- Dermarolling/Microneedling
A graph and a picture showing minox vs microneedling
- Take L-Carnitine
- Take Biotin & B-Vitamins or a multivitamin
- Take Mucuna Puriens
- Get a facial massage
- Exfoliate your face and beard area
What NOT to do:
- Shave
- Not sleeping enough
- Stressing excessively
- Not exercising enough/staying sedentary
- Being fat and not lean
Endnote
If you truly don't believe me and that beards and stubble is better, then check the citations below and do your own research. You'll find that you'll come to the same conclusion that I did. If you don't believe me about my methods, then check the citations and do your own research. Apart from the scientific studies mentioned in this post, there are HEAPS (and I mean fucking HEAPS) of anecdotal evidence that proves my point.
If enough people want I can also write a post on HOW this all works and how hair grows and some other stuff. If any of you have any tips on how to beardmax OR on how to write a better post please comment or send me a message.
I'm currently completely hairless on my face and I don't shave at all. When I begin my beardmaxxing journey I'll update you guys and post pics of my progress.
