I would heavily argue that the phenotype with universal mass appeal to women is the one of Antonio Banderas. He is the type of face you would see in a romance novel cover.
Now I am talking face only as his biggest flaw is his height, since he is 5'8.
He's got the perfect latin lover phenotype, long dark hair, dark features and nice tanned skin. If he was 6 foot with nice muscular physique, he would make for the perfect man imo, just in terms of inspiring raw lust in women across all ages.
People here discuss a lot of shit but what I think makes all the difference is phenotype and is above everything.
Sure features symmetry are important but only after phenotype, or accompianed with the appropriate phenotype.
