Im interested in a custom wrap around implant. Do you think a result like this from wrap around jaw implants alone is possible?

Basically, is it realistic that the skin under chin would tighten so much? Considering that both forward projection and width gets enlarged in the procedure across the entire mandible?
Also, does the labiomental fold go forward like in my morph or does it actually stay the same?
