Anyone ever saw noticeable results microneedling to get treat scars on face?

Saw some dude on reddit couple months back that microneedled his nose to treat scars or whatever, and it really fucked him up and made his nose extremely subhuman. has that ever happened to anybody here or is he just retarded?

Does anybody have any results they'd like to share, and know if this would help treat hypertrophic acne scars?
