Last time I saw him he was kicked out of his building 'because his wife who divorced him locked him out that day' and turns out everyone said the same happened to them and it was because he couldnt pay the rent
I knew he was a scamming butcher though, anyone could tell from a talk with him he was butchering his clients for $$, thank god I avoided getting turned into an even more chimpmouthed subhuman
