Are big eyes ideal on both men and women?

On men it allows for wider pfl, ipd (thefore longer middle third), even more skull width.
On women I guess it matters less but the bigger the eyes the more neotenous the look.

High pfh and high pfl look amazing irl. I believe you need both for "fem gaze" harmony.
