true but also untrue. they still have preferences. gay-chads wouldn't settle for fat or older men. average/attractive gays only fuck ugly gays if they have no other choice which isn't common since supply is high in the gay community. as an attractive gay man you will have 1000+ matches on tinder so there is no reason to settle for an average or below average sex partner.

the biggest difference is that ugly gay men will fuck other ugly gay men while in the straight community an ugly gay can't get sex with an ugly girl. a 7/10 gay could have sex with a 5/10+ so you saying that they don't have standards is true but they also don't like everything. a 7/10 gay wouldn't hook up with a 3/10.

the scoring system is totally different for gay men compared to straight people. for example a twink is a 8/10 on grindr but a 4/10 on tinder. at the same time some gays are into masculine men. you can't really compare gays to straights because homosexuality is more about having fun than about reproduction and therefore biologically seen as attractive traits aren't as important.

Gay men tend to like other men in the same way straight men like women. They'll usually focus on stereotypically gendered rolls (be they macho or overly feminine) but turn a blind eye to PSL/facial features. A straight man will usually want a woman who's petite and feminine but put little emphasise on her face as long as it fits into his desired archetype. A gay man will often want a man who's stereotypically masculine or very feminised whilst again ignoring the face. Women tend to be more flexible with archetypes, it's why the meme of girls having "types" is a thing when in reality it's just chad fitting different characters, masculine jock chad, soft e-boy chad, k-pop chang, and so on, for men in this case the key is to have a dimorphic attractive face.

Whilst standards for gay men can seem a bit much at times they are usually achievable for any guy with enough work. Height is often less of a problem, plenty of gay guys will want a partner that either doms them in height or whom they can dom in size. Face as aforementioned really isn't a problem, a trip to the barber shop and a well groomed beard will usually suffice, that or just clear skin. Frame doesn't even matter as much, I think they just like muscles whilst for women it's the muscles that give you frame, they don't necissarily emphasise muscles as the selling point themselves but women will talk about how attractive a good frame is.
