At what age should we start prioritizing longevity and anti-aging?

antiaging lifestyle is harsh:

Ur already doing fin and skincare and lowering your roid dosages so what are you even asking?

google tells me coffee is good and bad for aging at the same time

Thats what I did, I knew the clock was ticking but it eventually catches up to you. 31 now for which I had been for over a decade trying to keep youth, people underestimate my age alot by a minimum of 5 years or more depending on facial hair. It used to be a larger margin a couple of years ago when hairloss/stress didnt dogpile me.

31 here. If I were to do things differently? I wouldve posturemaxed with gymnastics or yoga type stuff and I think gymcelling held me back a little. My own personal theory is that I think gymcelling makes your testosterone peak too early. Burning too bright will make you age faster.

DO NOT get a deskjob in your early 20's,
you are permitted to rot after you've fully grown. Craning your neck habitually will restructure your vertebral column in a negative way that will impact the angle at which your face is held. My face got more downswung from 8 years in a desk job.

Dont eat grain much until you're near your mid 20's.
Because reasons.

Do not sleep much until you're near your mid 20's.
If you sleep much, the habits you make on your pillow affect headshape and neck posture. If you do need to sleep, sleep on a thin pillow, or fold a soft comfy blanket that doesnt raise your head/neck too high. Try to keep your neck in line with your spine. Sleep face = long face!

Be kind to your liver, dont put it under heavy loads, drinking water as a buffer for hard to break down chemicals. Avoid the liquid jew and jew sticks (alcohol/cigarrettes.) Avoid the the chocolate jew (soy lecithin in most chocolates.) No jew pills either.

Do stomach vacuums to keep the chest cavity/ribs/sternum under constant support, or else you'll get symptoms of pectus excavatum. Basically its like a recessed sternum, that was one skeletal change I noticed got worse in a decade due to the deskjob.

I wish I discovered raw milk and bone marrow earlier.
