I’m 187cm and 76,8 kg and I’m aiming to get into a lower bodyfat to see if I’m boneless (and have abs). I’d like to build muscle at the same time.
Should I go for -0,5kg/week or -0,8kg/week ?
Do you guys think I should only workout for hypertrophy or can I also get cardio in (I’m gonna start combat sports soon).
