What is the Aura?
The Aura is an integral energy emanating from every living being. Places, people, things etc. have an undefinable, unexplainable energy around them. That is what “vibes” are. You can dismiss this as normie pseudoscience bs but if your aura is off, everything is off. You have to be in flow with things for everything to fall into place correctly.
How the Aura Effects the worlds perception of you
A good Aura is different from Charisma. It is interconnected with the energies of others, it radiates into others being, it will give others the idea of the “is-ness” of you. You can be good looking and have an unsettling aura. Psychos and people with something to hide learn to mask their aura with fake charm, but it’s difficult. (Psychopaths are usually born with the ability to do this)
How to have a Good Aura
A good, strong Aura will immediately set you apart from other people. Most have their energies blocked from the shitty lifestyle we live nowadays, but you can always tell when someone has gone through the process of revitalizing them. it’s vital to not feeling like shit/thinking like shit/acting like shit. If you know about chakras/Chinese pressure points etc. that is what they are. Yes being subhuman makes you more likely to be creepy. But ugly or not, I’ve met people who have gone through the path of self-acceptance, moved on, and even though I thought “man he’s pretty ugly facially” Their AURA kept me in link with them. It’s a very powerful facet of ourselves.
Meditation is the best method for aura improvement. Use breathing techniques and mantras to get you to a point of peace, and focus inward. You can feel mental blocks in this state. Meditate further on them and slowly the causes, effects, and solutions to them will become clearer. Your energy will also flow more freely and you will feel a sense of calmness overcome you. If you pay attention to your body, you will feel different points of energy buzzing and coming to life inside. After this feeling of connection, you will enter a “flow state” which is like driving without knowing it, talking, eating etc. if you stay in this state everything will be just perfect, you’ll know exactly what to say/do with any given situation. This will be your aura coming out.
Do this every day daily for months, and eat healthy and work out, all that stuff.
Make no mistake, your aura is the real you. Your deeds, experiences, frame of mind, passions, all of this boil together to form the aura. The trick is getting past what ever is deepest inside you and letting it out in full power, joining the symphony or whatever and stop focusing on stuff that weakens it or gives it overtly negative energy.
