My gym doesent have cable tho it has the other machine like thiscable mogs. better rom, better progression.
Eh, this one is alright. It depends on what you want, do you wanna isolate the back muscles for hypertrophy or just get stronger? Lat pulldowns (Overall lat development for width)
Cable rows/row machine/free weight rows (overall back development)
T bar rows for upper back development.
Ok, but these are all a lot of compound movements, you can switch T bar rows to face pulls if you start getting fatigued early, its gonna be hard doing THAT many compounds 2x a week.thanks bhai ill do this
