Once you have all the tools

buccal fat removal costs nothing
Implants wont cost much
Fillers wont cost much
Osteotomies would be the cheapest tbh

I'm going to do surgeries that are related towards correcting chin height and medial canthus length and shape. Currently I'm postponing medical school until I'm in my late 20's. A lot of my family members are doctors or plastic surgeons.
