I believe that 10 years from now having a Norwood 2+ will be an even bigger looksmin than it is now. Why? Mainly because of how things are progressing with regard to hair loss treatments, we will see a sharp decline of men with receding hairlines and a rise of men with youthful Norwood 0 hairlines who will become the norm.
1. First of all, looksmaxing is becoming more and more prominent with men. There is a rising trend for men to take care of their looks, the "prettyboy" pheromone encourages men to grow long and beautiful hair and shorter hair is becoming more and more out of style. As a result, there is a rising awareness among men regarding effective treatments like DHT blockers and Minoxidil. You can even hear celebrities talking about how they are taking these treatments to save their hair.
2. There is big and promising progress regarding new hair loss treatments like Pyrilutamide, GT20026, and SCUBE3. Which are probably going to be approved in the next few years and are going to be much stronger than the treatments we have right now.
3. There are also big improvements when it comes to surgical treatments like hair transplants. Hair transplants are looking better and better as the years go by and as a result are becoming much more common. Also in a few years when verteporfin will be used by hair transplant doctors, we could harvest more grafts from the donor area and as a result, achieve better hairlines.
tldr:
New hair loss treatments will make being bald much rarer and as a result, being bald will lower your SMV much more in the future.
