Tbh just starve yourself for a few days and your appetite will go down the less you eat the smaller your appetite will be. This happens to me sometimes unintentionally when I don’t eat enough my appetite gets fucked up.

Another option is intermittent fasting or just doing only a few big meals a day. You will burn a lot of fat and it spikes your igf-1 and hgh

1) (By far) Amphetamine: Take any of Adderall, Vyvanse, Dexedrine, Phentermine, regular Speed...

If that's not enough then add one of:
