Eat more Protein
Cold Shower
Spicy Foods
Put lot of muscle (strength training)
Increase Hgh,Testosterone
Fructose,Iodine,Selenium,Choline
Lot of sleep
Drink lot fo water
Dont sit to much and stand up more
Sunlight


If you are still in puberty and want to try to lose weight you should try this and do not cut calories

I've been cutting to sub 2000 calories every day for like 2 weeks is that bad

dam thats gonna slow down your metabolism very bad also it will lower your t , try cutting 500cal of your daily requremnt

how much faster does it age you? like would a 20% increase in metabolism equal a 20% increase in how fast you age
