I had a post like this a while ago. I got a ton of applications and picked a couple guys. I had one guy who was really about it and he has now quit his job and is working with me full time.

Your gonna be cold calling 100 times a day, lets say its 1 call a minute thats over an hour of work. Most ppl dont pickup but still. its hard work, no one said this was easy. So DONT HMU IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO DO IT
