I do it somewhat, I don't follow a routine though.
I do a couple pull-ups and push-ups every day and occasionally pistol squats.

Yeah I just do pull ups chin ups dips, triangel pushups ans some AB exercises.

Planche will get your shoulders a lot bigger then OHP
 
pull ups + barbell rows = combination of gods
Yeah you need both but I think lats are the best muscle group for developing the v taper. Overly grown traps can make the frame look narrower
 
Don't go to a public gym ever unless you're a competitive roided bodybuilder, congrats on doing bodyweight shit in the open without having closet men staring at your ass all the time in a gym
