ok so, i have projected cheekbones which are also high. im high body fat percentage but im working on that

my maxilla is forward grown, all the basic ratios are in place except my mouth.

i have downturned lips and narrow mouth(phenotypical)

can i get hollow cheeks or is it over? what conditions are there to get hollow cheeks

i've seen johnny depp with a shit lip area but compensates for it by a great jaw and hollows.

my cheekbones are wide alright, thats what i meant by cheekbones projection.

thing is, my lips are not deformed, bones are adequately developed so other than lip corner surgery, there's nothing else i can do
