I can't make any judgements based on occlusion as it could have been somehow camoflauged.

Best bet is to get a CBCT and ask a maxillofacial surgeon what your deficiencies are. Your look is very characteristic of a skeletal underbite.

Solution here in each case would be 1. Jaw Surgery when you're 18 if a trusted MaxFac confirms my suspicions, or if not 2. Reduction Genioplasty.

Your issue is fixable, take a productive approach to it. Definitely wait until you're at least 18 for any type of surgery though.
