I was able to ascend by following a strict diet consisting of proteins, healthy fats and titty milk. The first 2 are pretty easy to get from various foods, titty milk, on the other hand, can be tough to get your hands on. I'd suggest you buy a plastic cup and roam around the neighbourhood.
