I was thinking of a method of doing this
We know facial sag is caused by facial fat falling down the face over the years under the action of gravity and weakening of the skin tissues that keep the fat in place.

Here's my idea:
Apply fat heating lasers to the face to liquify the facial fat, whilst suspended in a handstand position should move the fat back up the face rapidly, reversing the sag process. Repeat this treatment multiple times.

If this idea works, it would be a more exact reversal of facial sag than an actual facelift. Since in this solution, we'd be using the same tool that caused the sag to reverse the sag, i.e Gravity rather than Sunil Richardson's Crusty scalpel:
