Serious question , if you run lets say 4 cycles over a period of a year , perfect nutrition, diet and sleep.

Test 100mg a week + 20mg anavar daily

And you come off would you retain that muscle or at least a percentage of it.

I.e. permanent muscle mass.

a percentage

How much roughly , let's say a 5ft6 143lb who is already gymcelled for several years goes on a cycle and gains up to 155lb/160lb roided (lean) how much would he fall back to

You keep whatever doesn’t exceed your genetic potential if your training and nutrition remain optimal

Like 147-150lbs as I guess. Not all of it.

So you are saying a 50% muscle permanent muscle retention?
I don't really know exactly, but i'd imagine smth like that.

60-80% on average depends on your natural test, many other factors and genetics

Yes, it seems that muscle gained has some permanence to it, or at least is much easier to regain when lost.

Definately agree with the myonuclei, just want to know if this applies to muscle gains from steroids and to what degree.

depends on how close you are to your genetic limit if your under you can expect to keep alot

Yes if you pct correctly
You’ll lose muscle glycogen so you’ll look flatter and about ~20% of your gains while waiting for your pct protocol to produce enough test to keep your muscles

100mg T + 20mg Var is gonna suppress you for nothing
Also while var is not liver toxic, running an oral for such a long period is kinda taxating on your liver too

You can’t run 4 cycles in a year
If you follow an “usual” cycle it’s ~16/20 weeks + pct and time off = time on + pct (only blood tests will tell tho)
Which means that if you stay on the lower end (16w) + 4 to 8w of pct (not gonna go in depth on this) = 20 or 24 weeks of a cycle

There are 52 weeks in a year which means you could run 2 cycles max

Math may be wrong tho

To answer you question correctly, it depends.
