My observation is that even though diversity hire exists, its nowhere near what he thinks it is. At best its the higher chain gatekeeping important positions and manning people they know will serve as a placeholder for their will. Regardless, Its still should be know that statistically, European males are more primed to receive better jobs, have better families who are on average more financially well off, better education, all of which compounds into a better standard of living, IQ, and job position, than a ethnic in the united states.
