Do your actions align with your values and beliefs?

We are all guilty of sometimes outwardly expressing that we hold a particular belief or champion a cause, but then behind closed doors we may not EVEN step up to the plate or live it like we want to if we were to be completely congruent.

Every now and then, objectively look at how you’re acting in life and take stock of whether this lines up with your beliefs are in life.
Write down what all your values are, then run through each one to see if you are embodying that.

A lot of mental dissonance and anxiety is a result of our inward dialogue running through our actions and realising we’re not living up to our potential. That feeling of satisfied blankness on your mind after a big day off work, thats possible all the time.

Maybe you didn’t study if you needed to, skipped the gym because you were lazy, then your brain runs through this at night.
If you’re lying to someone in your life, the mental energy required to keep up with your lies literally drains you.

You cannot fool the man in the mirror, because he is with you all the time.
