Hi guys I desperately need your help. I’m considering cheek implants but I know they r a lot more difficult to get right than jaw, my main issue is my sunken under eyes AND the soft tissue buildup at the side of my nose. Do u think the implant will stretch this area so that the light hits the malar area instead of my paranasal. A surgeon said to fix this soft tire would be to put a paranasal implant there but I don’t have any knowledge about that, plus it could worsen the effect the soft tissue gives, in addition when I smile my cheeks bulge out so much , so would adding implant cause them to bulge out further or will it stretch the muscle and soft tissue giving a hollow cheek effect
