Would chewing 3-4 servings of fibrous fruits and vegetables a day on top of chewing food properly (30-36 chews per bite) be enough to chew maxx and not need to chew on gum?

Fibrous veggies and fruits being apples, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, pears

No they are too soft

raw meat is the only food that replaces gum. Cooked meat is too soft.

huh okay will need to start incorporating more steaks but don't want too get too much saturated fat gum might just be the play
