HMMM

I think how it goes is like this > High T > More muscle > Muscle requires more energy to keep > Burn more fat

I take steroids ( way higher T than natural elites ) and even then leanmaxxing is all about cardio and diet, roids just keep muscle while calories are at bare mininum

I believe Clenbuterol is far more effective at burning fat than Test

100% clen mogs the shit out of test for fat burning, who takes test for fat burning?

regardless though, it's linked with faster metabolism, higher body temperature, vascularity and fat burning, etc etc.

higher T = less cortisol
also high T = better insulin sensitivity

idk if it'll affect it directly, muscle mass just existing uses a lot of calories though, and test makes it a lot easier to get that

I believe dnp

It does raise your metabolism but you also have super anorexic looking people with low T and high metab... look at Flake from Rammstein...

elab on insulin sensitivity
Not him but if you're insulin insensitive then you need more insulin to reduce blood sugar. Insulin is a fat-storing hormone. More insulin = fatter. I'm not sure exactly what the link to testosterone is biomechanically.

Thyroid is more important for metabolism. T3, T4, TSH.

Yes and no. Higher test levels will make it less likely to add ftlat if you overeat and also do help in shedding fat, its mostly diet and activity level that dictates how faylt you are.

I got a friend who has a metabolism of the gods but is low T

ye it definitely means high prenatal t. my brother is the best example. he is skinny fat, his ring finger isnt longer than index, has no facial structure and doesnt build muscles as easy as me

im 22, never been more than 11% bf eventho i only eat candy, fast food and fats all day, im naturally very strong, ring finger longer than index and got a defined jaw
